$120 = if all documents are provided and done remotely.

$350 = onsite visit and all info obtained, add $100.00 for Matterport. ( Socal local only.)

 What is needed for a proper scope/write up?

• Photos or videos of the damaged areas.

• Correct Measurements.

• Equipment details ( how much and what areas, how long etc…)

• List of damaged materials to be replaced ( a scope sheet can be provided to you to fill out).

• Any bid items receipts. ( Cabinet bid, Plumbing bid, etc..)

• A copy of estimate from the carrier if applicable.

• Remember not all jobs are equal, although similar scope of work can change based on extend of the water loss. Certain large scale projects will be billed on 1.2% basis.
